Metamask is a Google Extension wallet that can be used for your Ethereum and Hex. It can be found on the Chrome Web Store

If your transactions are not going through, try resetting Metamask to clear out your queue.

Click Settings Click Advanced settings, and then reset

After resetting, try raising the gas on a new transaction
